vyBuddy news: Consolidated logs and remote commands

Just consolidated vyBuddy project logs under /opt/vybuddy/log, temporarily restricted usage of unsafe configuration mode commands and got rid of useless LOG_BACKUP_DIR constant, which broke DRY rule. Please run update-vybuddy to get latest fixes! 🙂
